IMPORTANT THING TO NOTE:

All these years news papers and tv news channel's are flooded with headlines of people losing their lives while trekking, now the most important thing to note is NEVER TO GO TREKKING BY YOUR OWN. There are many organisations and Trek groups in Maharashtra who are certified and their trek leader's are well trained, these trek groups have trek leader's who have taken proper mountaineering training, you can choose to go with people who know what they are doing. Always research about the trek groups before booking your event with them, since alot of new trek groups have emerged in the market you cannot blindly book events with anyone as some of these people are not even well trained. One's life is very important and you cannot take these things lightly, that will be the most stupid thing to do for fun. You might end up putting someone's else's life in danger because of your incapability to take proper decisions. These trek locations can become dangerous during Monsoons if one doesn't take proper care, one wrong foot forward can be fatal. So please ensure to go with trusted groups.
